Savlon Bites & Stings Pain Relief Gel - 20g

Product details For the relief of insect bites and stings and skin reactions. Relieves itching & irritation. Helps prevent infection.

Suitable for Adults and children aged 12 years and over.

How to use Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use. Patient Information Leaflets are updated periodically by the manufacturer. Apply a small amount of gel to the affected area with a clean fingertip. Repeat up to 3-4 times a day, if required.

Hazards and Cautions

• USE THIS MEDICINE ONLY ON YOUR SKIN
• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients (contains 10%w/w propylene glycol E1520 per application, which may cause skin irritation).
• CAUTION: Not suitable for animal bites.
• Not suitable for children aged under 12 years.
• Avoid contact with the eyes.
• Rarely skin irritation and sensitisation may occur. If symptoms persist, or any unwanted side effects occur, stop using the gel and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
• Reporting of side effects: If you get any side effects talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This includes any possible side effects not listed on this carton. By reporting the side effects you can help provide more information on the safety of this medicine.
• Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.
• Storage: Do not store above 30°C. Do not use after the 'EXP' date shown on the end flap. Do not use if more than 3 months after opening.

• Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy, or if symptoms persist
• Seek advice before using if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding or suffer from allergies

Ingredients Active Ingredients: Lidocaine Hydrochloride Monohydrate 2% w/w, Zinc Sulphate 1% w/w, Cetrimide 0.5% w/w. Also contains: Hypromellose polysorbate 20, nonoxinol 9, propylene glycol (E1520), levomenthol, purified water.
