History: This classic Sicilian Grillo would compliment any seafood dish.

Regional information: Wine is one of Sicily's greatest contributions to the world. Its soil and mild Mediterranean climate are ideal for growing grapes and the mountains and hilly terrain, provide ideal locations for vineyards.

Vinification: Following harvest, the grapes were crushed and destemmed then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 13 degrees C. The wine had lees contact until bottled.
