AI Object Recognition

Clean carefully and efficiently with less hassle. Using the AI Deep Neural Network model and a camera, it recognises various objects(1), including humans(2), pets(3) and hard-to-see items, so it can clean around or avoid obstacles. It also identifies and cleans stained areas, and classifies spaces(4).

All-in-One Clean Station Steam+ with Steam Sanitisation

Clean effectively and hygienically – effortlessly! The Clean Station Steam+ automatically washes mops at high temperature(1) with steam and water, sanitises them with steam(2) and dries them with 55°C hot air(3). It also empties the dust bag, refills the water tank and recharges the battery.

1. The measured temperature of the steam and water mixture ranges from 50 to 60°C.

2. The measured temperature of the steam is 100°C.

3. The measured temperature of the hot air ranges from 50 to 60℃.

AI Floor Detect

Enjoy enhanced cleaning without getting carpets wet. AI Floor Detect identifies different floor types(1). On carpet, the robot lifts the mop pads or detaches them at the station, to avoid cross contamination by the wet mops. It also boosts its suction power for better cleaning efficiency.

4 Different Cleaning Modes

Adjust how Jet Bot Combo AI cleans to suit your needs. Simply choose from 4 modes on the SmartThings App(1). For fast cleaning, use the Vacuum and Mop Together mode. If you want hygienic and thorough cleaning, select the Mopping after Vacuuming mode. Or just use the Vacuum-only or Mop-only modes.

Obstacle Avoidance using a Active Stereo 3D Sensor

Make sure your home is cleaned, without having to pick up obstacles. Jet Bot Combo AI is equipped with a powerful Active Stereo 3D Sensor. Using two 3D depth cameras, it scans a wide area(2), so it can detect and avoid very narrow or small objects on the floor(1), even if they’re only 1cm high.

dToF LiDAR Sensor

The upgraded LiDAR sensor increases the detection distance by about 36%(1) and, as a result, it widens the size of the detection area by 79%(1). So it improves Jet Bot Combo AI’s path by repeatedly scanning the room to gather distance information and track its location, even in dark areas.

No-go-zone & Virtual Wall

Avoid valuable furniture, certain rooms or dangerous objects by manually selecting specific locations on a map in the SmartThings App(1). You can also ensure that only part of a room is off limits using virtual walls. And you can set specific areas to mop or keep dry.

Outstanding Cleaning Performance

Clean your home effectively with advanced cleaning technologies. Dual rotating mop pads spin rapidly at 170rpm for deep cleaning. A Digital Inverter motor creates powerful suction, while a new high-efficiency brush with hair grinder removes hairs that can get tangled on the brush effectively(1).

Voice Recognition

Clean your home with your voice – wherever you are! Using Samsung Bixby(1) embedded in the robot or via a smartphone or smartwatch(2), you can tell Jet Bot Combo AI what to do. You can schedule when it works, start and stop cleaning, instruct it where to clean, empty its dustbin, locate its position and more(3).

New High-efficiency Brush with Hair Grinder

Remove hairs, including pet hair, on carpets and floors effectively(1). A newly designed High-efficiency Brush includes Samsung’s patented Hair Grinder. It collects hair in the centre and then cuts it up finely, so it can be sucked out easily, which prevents tangles and makes maintenance easier.

Comparing the hair removal, pet hair entanglement and suction performance it offers an 880% improvement compared to a brush without a hair grinder: after being used for 30 minutes, there is 0.44g less hair on the brush with the hair grinder compared to 0.05g less hair on the brush without the hair grinder. Spatial Recognition

Identify the rooms in your home. As well as recognising objects, Spatial Recognition technology also intelligently identifies appliances and furniture(1) and shows them on the room map while mapping them. It also automatically determines the layout and recommends names for each mapped area(2).

Driving Performance with Active Stereo 3D Sensor

Clean your home thoroughly by detecting and avoiding obstacles. An upgraded LiDAR sensor increases the detection distance by about 36%(1) and widens the size of the detection area by 79%(1). An Active Stereo 3D Sensor also precisely scans a wide area(2) and recognises very small objects(3).

Stained Area Deep Cleaning

Make sure stains are cleaned thoroughly. Stained Area Deep Cleaning uses object recognition technology to identify stained spots on a floor(1). After finishing the rest of the cleaning, it re-cleans the stained area with mop pads, which are heated with steam and water at the Clean Station Steam+.

1. A stained area is defined as a solid, coloured and opaque spot, such as a dried juice, with a size of 4cm x 4cm or larger. Stained area identification may be affected by the size of the stain or the environmental conditions of the floor, such as the floor pattern. Stained Area Recognition needs to be activated beforehand via the SmartThings App. Requires SmartThings App. Available on Android and iOS devices. Steam Sanitisation

Keep the mop pads hygienic and odour free with the Steam Sanitisation feature. When the robot vacuum returns to the Clean Station Steam+ after mopping, high-temperature steam is sprayed onto the mop pads. It reduces up to 99.99% of harmful bacteria(1) to keep them sanitary and reduce unpleasant odours.

1. Based on testing by Intertek using Wash the Mop course, eliminates 99.99% of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Not supported in the USA. Results may vary depending on the actual usage conditions.

High Temperature Washing

Ensure that your mop pads are always thoroughly clean and ready to use. You can set the robot to return to the Clean Station Steam+ at a specific time or after cleaning a particular space. Then it washes the mop pads at high temperature with steam and water, which removes stubborn dirt.

Hot Air Drying

Dry your mop pads thoroughly using the Hot Air Drying function. After the robot vacuum finishes mopping, it uses hot air of 55°C to dry the wet mop and cleaning plate. Within 2 hours, it reduces the residual moisture level of the mop pad down to below 5%(1), so they are ready to use.
