Tonkatsu Pork 600g of pork loin, cut into 4 slices 2 eggs, lightly beaten 150g Saitaku Panko Salt and pepper Flour Oil for shallow frying Cooking Instructions: 1. Season pork with salt and pepper 2. How to cook Tonkatsu:
- 600 g of chicken breasts (beaten and flattened), veal or pork loins cut into 4 slices
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 150 g Saitaku panko
- Salt and pepper to season
- Plain flour
- Oil

2 Dip the meat in flour and then in beaten eggs. Coat with panko.
