When producing the wines, the winemaker opts for small oak barrels to draw out the depth of flavour from the Chardonnay grapes grown in the Mâconnais and the Jura. This 2023 vintage is made using the latest pneumatic presses, where an underground stream passes through the cellar to provide a consistent temperature and perfect humidity.
