Cream Sherry
Our winemakers have blended this sweet cream sherry to have a smooth texture and rich flavours of prune, dried fig and fruitcake. Sherry is made among the towns of Jerez, El Puerto and Sanlúcar de Barrameda in Spain and has a unique method of production which involves ageing and blending in a series of barrels called solera system, giving it its distinctive character. Great with rich desserts or blue cheeses.
