Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:Water, Rapeseed Oil, Lemongrass (6%), Garlic Purée, Green Pepper (6%), Green Chilli Purée (6%), Fish Sauce (Anchovy (Encrasicholina heteroloba) (Fish), Salt, Sugar), Modified Maize Starch, Sugar, Thai Basil (2.5%), Galangal (2.5%), Lime Leaf, Coriander Leaf, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Cardamom Powder.


Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Deep Fry

Thai green chicken curry 1 jar of Sainsbury's Thai green curry paste 400g diced chicken breast 175g mangetout and baby corn 400ml can of coconut milk Fish sauce and soy sauce to season 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan. 2. Add the paste and fry for 2 minutes. 3. Add the coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Add the chicken and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Add the vegetables and cook for a further 5 minutes until vegetables are al dente and the chicken is cooked through. 6. Season to taste with fish sauce and soy sauce. 7. Serve with rice. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
