This juicy red has a delicious fruit purity - rich blackcurrant mingles with sweet blueberry and ripe plum. The wine is beautifully balanced and finishes on a delicate violet note.
Winemaking in the Campo de Borja region dates back to Roman times and its continental climate is perfect for growing Garnacha grapes. The vineyard lies in the foothills of the towering Moncayo mountain range where the El Cierzo wind ensures the grapes are kept cool and dry. Spanish wine expert Norrel Robertson MW has channelled his 20 years of winemaking experience into creating this deliciously fruity red.
This mellow, fruity red is delicious with chorizo-based dishes or meaty tapas.
