175g mushrooms
450ml semi-skimmed milk
275g spaghetti

1 sachet of spaghetti carbonara mix
200g smoked bacon lardons
175g mushrooms, sliced
450ml semi-skimmed milk
275g spaghetti, cooked & drained
Before cooking: Measure 450ml semi-skimmed milk.
During cooking: Fry the smoked bacon lardons, over a medium heat for 6 minutes, or until crispy. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes. Mix the contents of the sachet with the milk and add to the pan. Bring to the boil over a medium heat for approximately 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cooked spaghetti and heat through for 2 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
