This wine is made without the addition of sulphites which allows the pure fruit flavours of the grape to shine through. Natural vineyard practices, high quality grape and meticulous winemaking allow the wine to be made in this way, giving cassis and black cherry flavoiurs with hints of coffee and chocolate.
