Cooking instructions: Barbeque

Barbecue - cook from chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place kebabs on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ following manufacturers instructions. Turn frequently and cook until evenly browned with light charring. After cooking check food is piping hot throughout and no pink meat remains. Cooking instructions: Grill

To grill from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging. Place kebabs on rack of grill pan. During cooking: Grill for 16 minutes, turning occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To grill from chilled Moderate heat 16 minutes

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
