Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from either frozen or chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove the smoked haddock portions from packaging. Wrap in a lightly oiled foil parcel and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Carefully remove fish from foil parcel and serve. Check food is piping hot.
