INGREDIENTS: Scottish Salmon (Salmo salar) (Fish) (100%).

Cooking instructions: Oven

Oven cook from chilled but can also be pan fried. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray, ensuring fillets are evenly spaced. Place the baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Oven cook from chilled. 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6. 20 mins for 20 mins. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. As the natural size and thickness of the fish may vary and the performance of the cooking appliance may vary, this is a guide only.

Cooking instructions: ShallowFry

To pan fry from chilled but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the fish to the pan skin side down and reduce to medium heat. During cooking: Medium heat 12 mins. Turn occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
