Oven cook from chilled but can also be pan fried. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray, ensuring fillets are evenly spaced. Place the baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook. 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6. 20 mins.

To pan fry from chilled but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging.
