1 tbsp vegetable oil.
450g sausages.
2 onions, sliced.
115g button mushrooms, sliced.
3 carrots, sliced.
300ml cold water.
Before cooking: Preheat the oven to 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas mark 4. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
During cooking: Fry the sausages over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until browned, add the sliced onions and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until softened. Place the sausages, onions, sliced button mushrooms and sliced carrots in an ovenproof casserole dish. Mix contents of the sachet with 300ml of cold water and add to the sausages and vegetables. Cover and cook in the oven for an hour.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only
