Chicken Satay To stir fry. 250g by Sainsbury's diced chicken breast 1 red pepper, thinly sliced 80g mangetout 1 sachet of by Sainsbury's quick to cook noodles Chopped peanuts to garnish 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok, add the chicken. Stir fry for 3 minutes. 2. Add the red pepper and mangetout and stir fry for a further minute. 3. Add noodles and stir fry for a further minute. 4. Pour over the sachet of sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
