Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave but can also be steamed Before heating: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place onto a microwaveable plate. During heating: Heat on full power for 700w 40 seconds, 800w 35 seconds, 900w 30 seconds. After heating: Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Scrape the excess sauce from the pot onto the sponge. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Steam
To steam Before heating: Remove sleeve, do not remove film lid. Place basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam on moderate heat for 20 minutes. During heating: Do not allow the pan to boil dry. After heating: Remove the film lid and invert onto a plate then carefully squeeze the sides to release the pudding from the pot.
