Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:Durum Wheat Semolina, Salt, Dried Onion, Garlic Powder, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary.


Preparation and Safety

Per pack of seasoning we recommend using 1.5kg Maris Piper potatoes, serving 6 to 8 people.

1. Peel and cut potatoes into large pieces.

2. Boil potatoes in water for 10 mins until just tender.

3. Drain off the water and shake potatoes in the pot with a lid on to fluff up the edges.

4.Leave potatoes to one side to dry slightly, until needed. 

5. Pre-heat oven at 200ºC/180ºC Fan/Gas Mark Heat 3tbsp oil in a roasting tray

6. Coat the potatoes with all of the seasoning, add to roasting tray and roast for 45-50mins, turning part way through, until golden and crisp.
