INGREDIENTS: Cooked White Quinoa (82%),  Cooked Red Quinoa (16%), Sunflower Oil.


Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Microwave

Before cooking : Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice. Tear or cut open the top of the pouch by about 2 cm. Place the pouch upright on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on full power : Cat D - 750 w. 1 min Cat E - 850 w. 45 s After cooking: Leave product to stand for 1 minute. Remove pouch from microwave. Check food is piping hot. Take care when handling the heated pouch. Tear pouch fully open to allow steam to escape. Pour contents onto a plate and fluff up rice with a fork. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
