This fresh, fruity, dry white has crisp green apple and citrus fruit flavours with classic mineral notes. This wine is produced by the famous co-operative, Union des Viticulteurs de Chablis from 100% Chardonnay. Petit Chablis comes from the highest and coolest vineyards of northern Burgundy, which gives the wine its characteristic crisp acidity and refreshing lemony citrus flavours. The refreshing acidity makes this wine the ideal accompaniment to seafood or oily fish.
