To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Pre heat pan over a high heat. Remove packaging and place mince into the hot pan. During cooking: Use a wooden spoon to break down mince in the pan. Pan fry over a high heat for 6-8 minutes. Stir frequently. Drain fat off halfway through. After cooking: Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.
