Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Heat on full power for 5 mins (700w), 4 mins (800w) or 3 mins 30 secs (900w). Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
