We are had the cod mornay yesterday evening.
It was delicious, but what was the extra foil pad under the fish?
Is it a new safety cooking rule?
We certainly didn’t have the pad in the foil tray the last couple of times, so was just wondering…
The fish, and sauce was already in a foil tray…
Wasn’t sure if this metallic pad was meant to be in there too?
I have kept hold of this addition, just in case you need to assess it.
