Pizza Al Taglio is a delicious light crust rectangular pizza, traditionally sold by the slice on the the streets of Italy.  

For this pizza, we start with a rich carbonara sauce to which we add crème fraiche and Regato cheese. We then layer on our toppings by hand, including maple cured bacon, specially chosen for its smoky sweetness, creamy shaved mozzarella and applewood smoked cheddar cheese. We finish the pizza with sweet balsamic onions and fresh parsley....
