The first time you use, descale your iron following the iron manufacturer's instructions.
To open, twist cap off anti-clockwise. Ensure the iron is switched off and cool before pouring into the reservoir of your iron. To close bottle, turn cap clockwise. Discard any left over liquid but do not pour it back into the bottle.
