Cooking instructions: Microwave

Microwave from chilled but can also be oven cooked. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and pierce film. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, add 1 tbsp of water to the rice and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power: 700W 6 mins 30 secs / 800W 6 mins / 900W 5 mins 30 secs.

Oven cook from chilled Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, add 1 tbsp of water to the rice and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot.
