Microwave but can also be pan fried or oven heated. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Remove all packaging. Place on a microwaveable plate. After heating: Serve warm. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power 700w 1 tortilla 20 secs / 4 tortillas 40 secs 800w 1 tortilla 15 secs / 4 tortillas 30 secs
