INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Dark Brown Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Carrot, Egg, Rice Flour, Butter (Cows' Milk), Medium Fat Soft Cheese (Cows' Milk) (6%), Humectant: Glycerol; Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Maize Flour, Egg White, Cornflour, Glucose Syrup, Walnuts (1.5%), Desiccated Coconut, Pineapple, Spices, Raising Agents: Disodium Diphosphate, Potassium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Carbonates; Lemon Juice, Invert Sugar Syrup, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate; Buckwheat Flour, Emulsifiers: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids; Salt, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum.

Remove outer packaging and place the cake on a flat surface. Before removing collar, slide knife between cake and collar to release. Hold the cake and with a long, clean serrated knife, cut cake into slices using a sawing action. It is important to keep the knife clean between slices.
