Preparation

All cooking appliances vary, the following instructions are guidelines only.
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/350°F/Gas mark 4.
Grease and line a 7" (18cm) square cake tin.
Melt 60g of dairy free alternative butter in a small microwavable bowl.
Empty the brownie mix into a bowl, add 2 medium eggs and the melted dairy free alternative butter to the mix.
Using a spoon, mix together all the ingredients to form a smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into the lined tin.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 22 minutes.
For a gooey texture, reduce baking time to 19 minutes.
Leave to cool in the tin, cut into squares and serve.
Best eaten on day of preparation.

Flour is a raw ingredient and must be cooked or baked before eating.
