Preparation and Safety

Top Tip... Use one jar to glaze a medium size chicken or small turkey crown. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken or turkey and then spoon the contents of the jar on top and rub over the legs and breast and into the cavity. Cook as per on pack cooking instructions for your meat. For a delicious gravy, use the juices from the oven tray.
