Sourced from Cave du Roi Dagobert, one of the key players in the Alsace region, this crémant is made using the traditional method and spends a minimum of twelve months ageing in the bottle which gives the wine its creamy richness. Perfect for celebrations, as an aperitif or with smoked salmon.
