Cooking instructions: Microwave

Microwave from chilled but can also be oven cooked. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove sleeve and pierce film. During Cooking: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
