Cheese Potato Bake - Serves 4 To oven cook 600g potatoes 250ml semi-skimmed milk 100g mature cheddar cheese, grated Before Cooking: Preheat oven. Mix together in a bowl the sauce and milk. Grease an ovenproof dish using butter (18x25x5.5cm) Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Place half the sliced potatoes into the dish, slightly overlapping. Add half the sauce/milk mixture to the dish. Add the remainder of the potatoes and top with the rest of the sauce/milk mixture. During Cooking: Bake uncovered in the oven for 1 hour until golden and the potatoes are soft. Top with the cheese. Return to the oven for a further 20 minutes. After Cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
