Cooking instructions: Hob
The day before: Rinse thoroughly. Soak 100g of beans in 500ml cold water for 12 hours or overnight. Before cooking: Drain the beans and rinse. Place in a saucepan with 500ml cold water. During cooking: Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer for 45 minutes. To cook on the hob 55 mins. Drain: Drain and rinse thoroughly.
