Cooking instructions: Hob
Before cooking: Allow 75g of rice per person. Rinse thoroughly before cooking. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add salt if desired. Add rice to the pan and stir. During cooking: Return to medium heat and simmer for 25-28 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Drain well and serve. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
