To Pan Fry from chilled Before Cooking: Remove all packaging. Allow steak to reach room temperature. Rub with 5ml of oil and season with a pinch of salt & pepper. Pre-heat frying pan to a high heat. During Cooking: For best results the pan must be hot. Cooking times for rare are 5 minutes, medium 8 minutes and well done 10 minutes, turning regularly. After Cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to rest out of the pan for 2 minutes before serving. This product should be cooked until it is piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat.
