Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin).
White bloomer recipe:
Put the flour, yeast and salt into a bowl. Gradually mix in the oil and water to make a soft dough.
Knead well on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic, then place it back into the bowl and cover loosely with lightly oiled cling film.
Leave the dough in a warm place for about an hour to rise.
Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured surface, knead well for 5 minutes. Shape the dough into an oval and place on a baking tray.
Cover with lightly oiled cling film and leave in a warm place until doubled in size.
Un-cover and bake in a pre-heated oven at 220°C (425°F, gas mark 7) for 30 minutes or until lightly golden in colour.
Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool. When fully cooled, store in an airtight container.
