To Pan Fry. Before Cooking: Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot, add 400g of by Sainsbury's diced chicken breast. During Cooking: Pan fry diced chicken for 7 minutes. Stir regularly. Stir in sauce and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes stirring frequently. After cooking: Check food is piping hot.
