Benefit from the rough bronze die surface that helps every sauce cling to the pasta. This Sainsbury's Taste the Difference pappardelle is made from Italian durum wheat semolina by a family business in Campania. Serve with ragu for a hearty meal.
Dried bronze die durum wheat semolina pasta
This Taste the Difference pasta is made the traditional way, by a family-run business in Campania, in Southern Italy. With three generations of experience, our pasta makers choose the finest durum wheat semolina and knead the dough for longer, creating a firmer texture. Then they shape it through bronze dies to form a lightly roughened surface that captures all your favourite sauces, for more flavour in every mouthful. The result is great-tasting pasta that holds its shape when cooked and retains the perfect al dente bite.
