Our Winemaker for Pet NAT, Guillaume Bosg has vinified his 18th vintage this year in the company.
Regional information: Nuits-Saint-Georges is a commune in the Côte-d'Or department of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in Eastern France, situated between Dijon and Beaune. It serves as a central hub for the Côte de Nuits wine-producing area, surrounded by rolling vineyards that define the region's landscape.
Vinification: Both handpicked and machine harvested from 5 years old, 15 - 20 years old and 15 years old vines from various limestones and clays from Nord (53 %), Languedoc and Gers (10 %). Fermented with yeast, closed tank with cooling system, aeration only if reduction smell before 2nd fermentation, after which the wine stays on fermentation lees.
