Preparation: Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat on moderate heat for 6 minutes, stirring continuously until piping hot. Microwave from chilled: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power: 700W: 5 mins, 800W: 4m 30s, 900W: 4 mins. Warning: When heating in the microwave the pot may become flexible. Handle pot carefully to avoid scalding.
