Preparation and Safety: Sweet and Sour Chicken. To stir fry. 250g by Sainsbury's diced chicken breast, 1 red pepper, thinly sliced, 80g baby sweetcorn. 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok, add the chicken. Stir fry for 3 minutes. 2. Add the red pepper and baby sweetcorn. Stir fry for a further 2 minutes. 3. Pour over the sachet of sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Warnings: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
