Cooking instructions: Oven
How to prepare: Empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl. Add 260ml of boiling water and mix well. Allow the prepared mix to stand for 5 minutes before cooking.
Oven cook: Before cooking: Preheat oven. Place the prepared stuffing mix in either a greased ovenproof dish or form into balls and place on a greased baking tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crisp and golden brown. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Oven cook: 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 6, 25-30 mins
Unused cooked stuffing should be refrigerated and used within 1 day.
Warnings: Do not consume raw. Only the neck end of the poultry should be stuffed. Cooking times for stuffed meat and poultry must be based on the total stuffed weight.
