Chocolate brownie cake mix with dark chocolate chips and marshmallows for decorating. Soft chocolate cakes sandwiched together with a fluffy marshmallow filling.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithins; Flavouring), Mini Marshmallows (Fructose-Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Corn Starch, Water, Pork Gelatine, Flavouring), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Raising Agents: Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates; Flavouring.

Health: The flavourings used in this product are sourced from natural sources. This is a raw product and must be fully cooked before eating. Ensure good kitchen hygiene and hand washing when handling raw flour and raw flour products.

Preparation and Safety:

• 1. Preheat oven to 180ºC/160ºC Fan/Gas 4.
• 2. Place 40g of the chocolate chip sachet and 60g of the butter in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir well until the chocolate has melted.
• 3. Empty the chocolate sugar mix sachet into a large mixing bowl and add the egg. Using an electric mixer, whisk together for 2 minutes on high speed until the mixture is light and airy.
• 4. Slowly add the melted chocolate and butter to the chocolate sugar mixture and stir well.
• 5. Add the cake mix sachet and fold in gently until well mixed.
• 6. Divide the mixture into 12 and form into balls.
• 7. Place the balls evenly spaced onto the baking tray and bake in the oven for 9 minutes until slightly firm to the touch.
• 8. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the baking tray.
• 9. Place the remaining chocolate chips into a small microwaveable bowl along with 10g of butter. Microwave on high for 20 seconds and stir well until the chocolate has melted.
• 10. Discard the baking parchment and turn half the cakes upside down. Spread the chocolate mixture on to 6 of the cakes. Place the marshmallows on top of the chocolate mixture and grill for 1-2 minutes under a preheated grill until the marshmallows are lightly browned.
• 11. Sandwich together with the remaining cakes and serve. Do not reheat.
