Preparation and Safety: How to make the perfect cup of tea:
1) Boil freshly drawn water, the oxygen in the water brings out the true flavour of the tea.
2) If preparing in a teapot use one teaspoon per person and one for the pot. If using an infuser follow manufacturer's instructions.
3) Pour the freshly boiled water over the tea and allow to brew for 3-5 minutes.
4) Stir gently and use a tea strainer while pouring. Add milk and sugar if desired.
