Ingredients: Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Potatoes, Peas, Turnip), Water.
Cooking instructions: Hob Moderate heat 3-4 mins. Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. Do not boil or overheat as this will impair the flavour. Drain before serving.
Cooking instructions: Microwave 700W - 2 mins 40 sec, 800W - 2 mins 20 sec, 900W - 2mins. Microwave but can also be heated on the hob. Before heating: Empty contents into a microwaveable dish and cover. During heating: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After heating: Check food is piping hot.
