Cooking Instructions (Hob): Before heating: Place 30ml (2 tbsp) of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. During heating: Add the contents of the pouch, cover and simmer over a moderate heat until the water has been absorbed and the product has heated through. After heating: Fluff gently with a fork before serving. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To heat on the hob: Moderate heat, 2-3 mins.
Cooking Instructions (Microwave): Before heating: Squeeze the pouch to separate the contents. Tear or cut open the top of the pouch by about 2cm. Place the pouch upright on a microwaveable plate. After heating: Leave to stand for 1 minute. Remove the pouch from microwave. Check food is piping hot. Take care when handling the heated pouch. Tear pouch open fully to allow steam to escape.
