Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Oven
To oven cook Beef Madras
Before Cooking: Preheat oven. Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add 500g of diced beef.
During Cooking: Pan fry for 4-5 minutes. Stir regularly. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish. Stir in the jar of sauce and cover with lid. Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After Cooking: Stir thoroughly.
