Preparation and Safety: Cooking instructions: Oven. To oven cook beef lasagne: Before cooking: Preheat oven. On the hob brown 450g of minced beef, add tomato sauce. Place half of the mince in an ovenproof dish. Add a layer of dried lasagne sheets. Add a third of the white lasagne sauce. Repeat the process again, topping with the remaining white lasagne sauce. During cooking: Cook lasagne in the oven for 20 minutes, sprinkle with medium Cheddar cheese and bake for 20 more minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
