Preparation and Safety

How to make the perfect cup of tea

  • Boil freshly drawn water, the oxygen in the water brings out the true flavour of the tea.
  • If preparing in a teapot use one teaspoon per person and one for the pot. If using an infuser follow manufacturer's instructions.
  • Pour the freshly boiled water over the tea and allow to brew for 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir gently and use a tea strainer while pouring. Add milk and sugar if desired.
